Massage Therapy:

Integrative Massage: Our signature therapy is a combination of the most effective massage techniques, integrated to help the client experiencing soft tissue dysfunction, pain, spasms, inflammation, or tightness. The pressure varies from warming, light pressure to deep, depending on the client's muscular health and needs.

Myofascial Release: This is a form of soft tissue therapy used to treat somatic dysfunction and resulting pain and restriction of motion. It is a treatment which uses continual palpatory feedback to achieve release of myofascial tissues. This is said to be accomplished by relaxing contracted muscles, increasing circulation and lymphatic drainage, and stimulating the stretch reflex of muscles and overlying fascia.

Neuromuscular (Trigger Point) Therapy: This medium to deep pressure therapy focuses on locating and releasing trigger points and their corresponding pattern of pain and/or dysfunction. Very effective!

Swedish Massage: This light pressure massage promotes relaxation of mind and body, stimulates circulation, and increases serotonin levels.

EXTRAS:

Aromatherapy, traditional: Treatment using essential oils (oils extracted from botanicals) to alleviate physical, mental, and stress disorders, generally through massage or inhalation. *We only use the highest vibration and quality essential oils that we've been able to source in our aromatherapy treatments, products and classes.

Bio-Energetic Therapies:

Chakra Clearing: Using a combination of energywork techniques, this relaxing therapy detects and balances Chakra energy that is too open, blocked, and/or stagnant. It is very cleansing and rejuvenating when preceded or followed by massage!

Aromatherapy for the Spirit: Developed by founder, Toni Beauchamp, and only available at Youphoria! Kinesiology (muscle testing) and Subtle Aromatherapy are used to determine which Chakras have imbalances and which essential oils are required to correct the imbalance.

Once the blend is formulated, a 30 minute Chakra tune up is given (through a variety of modalities) to infuse the oil into the energetic field of the client, promoting wellness for the issues that were muscle tested. Session includes an individualized blend for the client to take home to use and a personalized report of the imbalances found in the client's energetic system. Warning: complete YOUPHORIA may result!

Reiki:

Traditional Usui Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Toni sees people and pets for Reiki in office and via distance Reiki.
