Toni was a wonderful listener and intuitively knew what I needed. I was such a mess when I went in and had not been to a massage therapist in a very, very, long time. She has created a nice calming atmosphere and I was so amazed how she knew all of the spots to work on. I was so out of it after that it took a minute for my body to adjust to "real" life again. I actually came in with a pretty severe injury to my knee that I told her about and it, It took me several hours to realize that I did not feel any knee pain and lasted for a few days. Great to be pain free. Even for a little while. I want to go monthly for maintenance, Thanks again, Toni:)

Reflexology session with Toni was excellent. Feet, hands, head - definitely a clarifying experience. She was professional without being stuffy. Easily scheduled an appt with her and I plan to go back again.
